I'm assuming that you mean oil such as motor oil that has gotten on the animals fur or skin??? If that is the case, bathe the animal with an emulsifying detergent such as a dish detergent. Emulsifiers bind with oils, greases and fats or break them down and allow them to be rinsed off with water.
