there is two rods that go through the housing from the top. turn them to unlock and pull up and out then the whole assembly comes out and you can change the bulbs.
If you can't access the bulbs take the light assy off and turn the bulbs counterclockwise to remove them
pull up on the 2 tabs that hold it to the housing. then siply twist the bulbs out of their sockets
As the climate change bulbs
the plug on the back side of the bumper twists to the left and you pull it out of the bumper
The headlamp bulbs on a 1996 Acura TL are installed from the engine bay. Find the housing located in the front of the vehicle. Disconnect the bulbs and replace them with new units.
underneath the hood above the drivers side headlamp there are two candy caned shaped pins that are locked in place. just pull outward to unlock then pull up to remove them.this unlocks the headlamp shell. then twist counter clockwise to remove the bulbs from the shell. once u have the bulb out gently lift on the tab wich connects the bulb to the housing then pull out
On a 2004 envoy, open the hood and on the top of the headlight assy there are two tabs that you pull up allowing you to pull the headlamp assy forward and access the the bulbs. These are halogen bulbs so remember to wear gloves when handling the bulbs.
There are two bolts holding the headlight buckets in, you will need to remove them to get at the bulbs. The lens will come out and you will pull the bulbs out of the lens itself. They are hex head bolts, DO NOT TURN THE TORX SCREWS THEY ARE THE ADJUSTING POINTS FOR AIMING.

These kind of bulbs only light up around Christmas time.
Check the bulbs,if not the bulbs you most likely have a bad ground.
Check the bulbs and check the fuses.
