Good smokejumpers can be found by contacting rural fire stations. They usually have contacts with smokejumpers whom they have employed in the past, and provide first hand information regarding their qualities.
One may find jumpers for a 3 year old boy at stores such as Babies "R" Us, Walmart and Target. One may also find these types of jumpers at Sears and The Bay.

One can wear polo neck jumpers in whatever weather they like but generally they are worn during the winter. They provide extra protection for the neck on very cold days and can be good in air conditioned offices that get cold.
