God glorifies Himself through his children. Through them he articulates Hs will and His will is always to exercise Love. God glorifies himself through faithfulness to His word and keeping His promises as written (Bible). He glorifies himself through his creation in the magnificent creatures, natural structures and elements, etc. that is this planet and the firmament. He glorifies himself through the love his children have for Him. He glorifies Himself by being.
It all has to do with recognizing that He is creator, and we are His creation. He does not need us to complete Himself, but we need Him to complete us.
Once we understand that, there are many ways to do it. The most common are singing to Him, playing instruments for Him, praying, defending and caring for the poor/children/widows...the list really does go on and on. But, if we don't know our place in relation to God, glory cannot be given. It is on the basis that we are created and finite, while God is infinite that He is worthy of glory.
