Gyoza is a popular Japanese dish that consist of steamed & fried dumplings. One method is to chop 1/4 of a bunch of chives & 1/8 of a head of cabbage. Peel & remove the vein of 3 large shrimps. Grate 1 teaspoon of ginger and 1 teaspoon of garlic. Combine 5oz of pork, shrimp, cabbage, ginger, garlic, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of pepper, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, and 1 tsp of sesame oil in a large bowl. Mix everything until smooth and no longer lumpy then place in the fridge for 10 mins. Using 20 gyoza wrappers, take each wrapper & scoop a small spoonful of the mixture into each wrapper. Take each end fold in half & pinch close all sides creating a wave pattern. Oil & heat pan on medium heat & cook until done or golden brown on all sides.
