Think about what you are asking. If you backup 100 files then you have to reload 100 files, unless you use some faster hardware to do one or the other they will take the same amount of time...there is no answer. But there are different backups depending on how much you want to backup..you can backup your favorites, emails, and documents all at once with backup on the accessories>system tools. Or you can back up your whole hard drive under the same place.
