be spontaneous and do something insane...listen to uplifting music...have a good cry, if you need to:) crying helps! but don't EVER consider suicide; you have so much to be grateful for, whoever you are. just remember that there's always someone worse off than you (harsh but true) and you have your entire future ahead of you to change things for yourself:)
