What should be done to improve educational system?

A University can improve education by hiring good teachers and developing programs and majors that are high quality. They can also require standards of conduct, behavior and education that encourages excellence in students.

Making mistakes are a natural part of learning so stop this grading on the amount of mistakes an individual makes. Make learning enjoyable again, this appeal to fear way of getting students involved is laughable. I hear teachers say if you don't clean up your act your not going to get a good job and your not going to succeed to students frequently. Teachers are very capable of using other methods besides fear to get students involved and motivated.

The Quality can be surely improved if we stop testing and giving students the Senior Projects because it is really dumb to have this and kids are learning to much. Students need to be respectful as well to the teachers!
