if you are going to counsel a kid that's in a gang you betterrr runn the hell out before theyy shoot your whitee a**
basically break down the reasons why their in the gang let them know you support them listen to them don't suspend them or kick them out of the school their use to people doing that let them talk it out explain. Be cool about it troubled kids open up really quickly to adult whose nice who can understand and get on their level.
Actually yes! Gangs, drugs, and alcohol is reasons why teens drop out of school becasue they have bad influence and of peer pressure.
The range of kids AND adults joing the gangs are from 14-40 years of age.
no kids join gangs for to be known as a strong guy tough guy and mostly to get into fights with other gangs which involves shooting and murder
most kids who fight who fight in school because they think its cool will end up in gangs because they will have problems with other people from starting fights with allot of people witch may be other gangs in that case they will either be a successful gang member or die trying to be
Yes they do because if a kid is in a gang at a young age - chances are they will become more arrogant and aggressive when they are older.
Being that those kids are of school age, if they talk to counselors at school, the counselors have to report the abuse. They have no choice. Or when the abuse happens, the kids need to dial 911. Once the abuse is reported, then someone will come to the house to see whats going on there, and then they will decide if the kids are in danger. If they are, they will find the kids a safe place to live, possibly with the father.
Why would you want children to join gangs?! Most gangs are dealing with drugs, violence and robbery. Those aren't acceptable.
Teenagers can get help from their parents through interventions or just letting the kids know they care. High school guidance counselors are also a source of help.
so they beat up kids

Talk to someone like how you feel about bullying. provide guidance counselors and make the adults in your school to actually try to listen to the kids for once and provide good education in a peaceful community which i can see is not so soon.
Gangs are not allowed at schools because they motivate other kids to join other other gangs. Gangs also put people in danger. Gangs do not contribute to education. School is a place for people to gain the knowledge needed to build the rest of their lives on. Young people are not aware of how little time they have to learn what they will need to know both in and out of school. Unless a gang really has something special to contribute to that process, they can't have a part in school. Schools, as a public trust, must be reserved for things that contribute to the students' future.
