Silk is one of the worst fabrics to stain as it is delicate and harder to clean without causing damage. Stains on silk can be challenging to remove and may require professional cleaning.
I find the silk can take most any degreaser... it is the inner tie backing that oftentimes loses it's shape when it gets wet. I use an orange based hand cleaner sold at the auto repair stores on my silk and suede messy eater spots with good success since the item is not so wth that it hurts the nap or lining.
Try using a wet wipe. I would first rub the wet wipe over an area, such as the seam allowance, or other place it will not show first, to make sure there is no bad effect of the wipe on the silk.
The best way to launder silk clothes is to soak the clothes in lukewarm water for 5 minutes, rub stains gently and then rinse in cold water. Finally, remove excess water by rolling in a towel.
To remove a stain from silk, first check the care label for any specific instructions. For oily or greasy stains, sprinkle talcum powder or cornstarch on the area to absorb the oil, then gently brush it off. For water-based stains, gently dab with a cloth dipped in a solution of mild detergent and water, then air dry. If the stain persists, seek professional dry cleaning services.
That is hard one. The safest thing I would know to do is to to use a color-safe stain remover. You might try using a tide-pen or Shout.
Unfortunately, there is no known way to remove bleach marks from silk.

Silk is so delicate that restoration is often not possible. If, however, you find a spot on a silk tie, for example, you may be able to restore it with hand laundry.
