Local Blockbuster branded stores carry game rentals for the PSP although in recent years a number of their locations have been closed due to lack of business. Redbox also provide rentals for a variety of systems and their inventory can be browsed online and a reservation can be set up. Netflix is another company thet offers game rentals in some of their monthly customer subscription packages.

The PSP Go will be all digital download, no cartridges. If you are someone who likes to buys used games or trade them in for other games, go with the 3000. Other than that, there doesn't seem to be too much of a difference.
