you have more chance of winning the lottery than injecting into a blood vessel.. hitting one is a different story.. while you have thousands upon thousands, wherever you inject, we're talking about a needle that's extremely tiny in width and a surface area smaller than 1mm.. in fact, the needle itself whilst being tiny is probably bigger than the blood vessel, so you're just going to break through it - which in most cases is just going to cause acute pain and possibly some extra bleeding (if any). no biggie, you're not going to die..
