It is likely that this question will be deleted on the grounds of racism. If not, the answer is: Queen Elizabeth II can dismiss Parliament and declare a state of emergency in which she will rule by decree, and then she can ban Islam and give all Muslims a period of a month in which to either convert to Christianity or leave England. I do not recommend this course of action, but it is the only method I can see by which you can get Muslims out of England. Other than that, you will have to try to get along with them.

An interesting idea. However HM does not have that power. Nor does anyone in the country.
In addition there is no reason to get anyone who has Islamic beliefs out of the country. By a very large margin they are peaceful and good people.
It is the unfortunate and ignorant who are unaware of this.
