Earth is actually not very fragile. During its existence it has undergone all sorts of radical changes to its environment (mostly before humans ever existed on the planet) and still adapted and persisted in sustaining life. There are some radical things that humans are capable of doing that can cause significant short term (on a geological scale) changes and very significant local changes, but the Earth is amazing in its ability to adapt and continue. The real question is what would happen to humans as those adaptations occur. It would be a major disruption of human activity if another ice occurred, for example.
Rubber-soled shoes don't prevent the wearer from being electrocuted. They do, however, prevent the electric charge being grounded to earth, which reduces the damage done to the human body.
setting
how trees can prevent landslide is because the roots of the tree hold the earth together
So that what they know how to prevent it from being spread around..... they can try and prevent it.
By not throwing garbage any where and by planting trees
The Earth is fragile because the human activities we are doing are constantly harming the planet, and the only thing we can do about it is prevent any more pollution.
You cannot.

The phrase "Spaceship Earth" is used to describe the Earth as being delicate and fragile (which it is not) and to imply that it would be easy for us to destroy the Earth's ecosystem (also not true).
Earth does.
Terracotta is fragile, because it must be made thin. It is made as thin as possible to prevent an artist leaving air bubbles inside of the clay. If there is air inside of the clay it will expand and break the clay while it is being fired.
A situation that is near to being imbalanced is fragile. A person who gets easily sick is fragile. A glass that is easily broken is fragile and the rain forest is about to become imbalanced so it is fragile.
Because of the level of impurities in it which prevent the establishment of a strong crystal structure.

The effects on the fragile desert ecosystem are still being felt today.
