If you edit assignment grades directly in the gradebook in Biggyan Cloud eLearning, an "overridden" flag is set, meaning that the grade can no longer be edited from the assignment submissions page. If required, the flag can be removed by turning editing on in the grader report, then clicking the edit grade icon, unchecking the overridden box and saving the changes
Why are all students enrolled in all courses in BigGyan Cloud eLearning?
Either* Users are assigned the role of student in the site/system context rather than the course context (see FAQ above)Or* The default role for all users in Administration > Users > Permissions > User policies is set to Student rather than Authenticated user (BigGyan onwards).
How do you allow a person to retake a quiz if you have it set for 1 attempt in Biggyan Cloud eLearning?
In the quiz overview report, you can delete their attempt using the "with selected attempts" drop-down.
Why do events without duration not show on the first day of every month in Biggyan Cloud eLearning?
If your timezone settings are not default you may find that events entered with no duration on the first day of the the month, do not show in the month view of the calendar. Setting the two timezone settings in Administration > Location > Location Settings to the default settings should resolve this.
Can students be notified of submission via email or message in Biggyan Cloud eLearning?
I assign a lot of single file assignments to students. Is there anyway a student can be told they made a successful submission?
