No, there is no way to add music to your profile page. Currently, that feature is unavailable, but you are able to add links to Youtube or whatever to listen to music.

The way to include links to web-sites - is to use the 'Add related link' option in the blue panel. Type you're answer, and save it - then - click on the 'Add related links' option. This takes you to a new screen - Type or paste your link and a title into the spaces provided and click on 'Add Link'. You can add more than one URL if you want to. Once you're done - click back to the question page, and you'll see your related links below the question.

This is something we need to improve, because it is very confusing. After you add Related Questions or Related Links to a question, you generally will not see them appear right away on the question page. This is because our server "caches" the old version of the page. The cache clears instantly when an answer is updated, but doesn't clear instantly for links. We set it up this way to save server resources. Since everything is so dynamic every page gets built and rebuilt. That means everything slows down for users. We'll look at fixing this.
