How can you assign the Touch Sound and Screen Lock Sound of your Samsung Galaxy Nexus unit?

You can go under Settings > Sound and toggle the sounds on and off. To assign different sounds for certain actions, you may have to download a third party app as the stock Android OS does not allow for custom assignments.
