There is no set guideline on when you should start wearing a bra. but you could start wearing a training bra when your breasts start to develop. If you are unsure when that is, you will notice the nipples and breast start to raise and you might notice the areola (the area around the nipple) begin to get bigger. When you see those changes, called the breast bud stage, you should ask your mom about getting a training bra. If you don't wear a training bra at that stage, you can start wearing one when the breast itself starts to develop and get bigger. Sometimes, it's hard for moms to talk to their daughters about this, so you should let your mom know when you start seeing the changes described above and ask her if you can start wearing a training bra.
A girl who is not wearing a bra may look normal, girls often go out without them on and people don't always notice. They may have less cleavage and are more likely to be wearing layers or dark colors.
the only way is to tell her or ask her when she first started to wear bras
NEVER!!!! you cant get any cancer by wearing a bra!
If the bra is not the right size or fitted right, then it can be extrememly uncomfortable. I personally, have a few bras that I hate wearing, mostly because they aren't the perfect fit. It is advised to go and get a bra size fitting (at Victoria's Secret, they do it for free). Once you find the right size and right bra for your body, you won't even notice you're wearing one!
Pump before you go to avoid milk leaking. Avoid any stimulation to nipples while out such as any brushing of them by friends or passersby by accident
Once you start to notice your breasts when wearing just a plain white shirt, you should start out with a training or sports bra. Once you are comfortable with those and your breasts are large enough to fill a cupped bra then try an A cup.
No but I am wearing a white bra

It has not been shown of her wearing a bra. I don't think she wears a bra because since her back is shown it does not show any sign of her wearing a bra.
