Thats easy to answer just follow these steps:
First you wear baggy pants, studded bracelets, black nail polish, Dark make-up, White or lime green tank-top, One of your dads old ties make sure they don't have a pattern on it and if you want a patter then go with stripey, Wear sk8er shoes or converse or vans.

Now you know what to wear you have to have the attitude and this is the one:
Dont care what people think be who you are. And don't listen to any1 don't listen to your teacher especially Avril Lavigne never did.

Now the final two ingredients:
Sk8 board and Friends that are boys about 4 or 5 Avril Lavigne never goes anywhere with out them.
