Hair:

Her character, Cat Valentine is known for her Red Velvet Hair. If you want to dye it this color, you can bye dye from Sally Beauty Supply or the recommended trip to the salon. Other than the color, her hair is usually straight or curled at the ends. You would straighten, or curl it it or get a relaxer. Sometimes Cat doesn't wear clips and sometimes she does. A good place to get flowery clips is Claire's and other fashion shops. She would have her bangs (the front of the head) clipped or french braided.

Make Up:

There are many tutorials on YouTube that guides you to achieving her look. Cat usually has tons of mascara on (or maybe fake eyelashes?) Some episodes she has pink eyeshadow on, but mostly it looks like she don't have any eyeshadow on. She wears lip gloss, black eyeliner, and light blush.
