Popcore is simply a combination of the two genres known as pop-punk and hardcore. The music is usually and upbeat at the same time. The singing is usually three-fourths clean vocals and the rest is screaming. And usually the lead singer does the clean and "dirty" vocals but having an extra vocalist is optional.
