what i do is i treat him like he's just one of the guys. talk with him, joke with him, flirt a little bit. don't flirt too much though, just keep it chill. I've found that if i try harder to get him to be interested or to show him that i am, he becomes uninterested. so just treat him like one of the guys, no matter how hard that can be sometimes. :]
