To unlock Necromancer you need to have.
1) Completed the Darkness Orb quest chain (atleast to Noxus Fumes)
2) Fully trained Paladin armor. (Trainable after Noxus Fumes.)
Like Paladin which you had to train to get Necromancer you will need to earn Undead Slayer Badges which are avaliable in many of the Necropolis Quests, I personally find 'Save Moonridge' the easiest to farm. It works out one Undead Slayer Badge per skill and 1 to unlock.
