People become self-conscious when they learn - are taught, I should say, - to feel inferior to others. Opinions of others, reports in the media - especially in "lifestyle" pages, television shows and magazines - all lead vulnerable people to feel inadequate. Try to separate yourself from influences that make you feel self-conscious and inferior. Learn to analyse the motives of others and look very closely at what they are really saying. It's usually all about them, not about you. Very probably they're saying, "I want to be like that person: rich, famous and beautiful", and will proceed to spend a lot of money trying to imitate some rather pointless celebrity. Is that what you want for yourself? I doubt it. If you are aware of your self-consciousness, you are, basically, aware of the cause of it, which puts you well on the way to escape it. Hold onto that thought and learn to celebrate the basic you-ness of yourself as a unique individual. The day you take control of your life, the day you accept who and what you are, will be the day you begin to stop worrying about those sad, sad souls who try to make you feel inferior and self-conscious simply so that they can feel superior. They have no right to do this to you and you do have the strength to ignore their efforts to become, in their view, better people at the expense of others. Think of light. Blowing out the candle of another person might make some people feel temporarily "better" than that person, but look at the motives behind it. Or think of the famous quotation from a US First Lady: "Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent." Feel sympathy for those who try - probably without real knowledge of what they're doing - to make you self-conscious, and rise above it. Above all, just be yourself. Don't worry what other people think - this defines self-consciousness. Live outside of your own head and enjoy the beautiful world about you. There is beauty everywhere, and the more you love your surroundings the better you will feel.

If it is less than equal to(<=), it has to become greater than equal to(>=). If it is greater than equal to(>=)., it must become less than equal to(<=).
