There is a body. Jesus was born, died and rose again and bodily ascended into heaven. Here on earth he has left us the Holy Ghost, The Comforter, as he promised, the Holy Spirit that resides in all those that believe in him.
Those who believe in Christianity believe that Jesus rose, body and soul, from the dead. That he was a living body still was proved for them when the apostle Thomas touched the wounds on Jesus's body and put his hand into the hole in his side.
no body believe Mary and they all wanted to see Jesus for them selves then Jesus showed up and proved them all wrong and said believe...
Thomas DID believe when Jesus was risen. He didn't believe when his friends TOLD him Jesus was risen. After Thomas saw the crucifixion scars on Jesus' body, and saw Him standing there breathing and palpable, he believed - thoroughly.
Some demoninations believe that the bread and wine of Jesus actually were from the body and blood of Jesus. Other demoninations believe that it is just a representation of blood and body, and it was just bread and wine. There are other differences I can't name off-hand.
Jesus is present in the WORD (readings and Gospel).Jesus is present in the PEOPLE.Jesus is substantially present in the EUCHARIST (Body and Blood).
Jesus no longer lives on Earth. Most Christians believe his spirit, soul, or heavenly body lives in Heaven with God.
I believe you may be referring to "crucifix," which is a cross with a representation of Jesus' body hanging on it. It is a symbol of Christianity, representing the sacrifice and death of Jesus Christ.
If the question is: DO YOU BELIEVE IN JESUS, I most certainly do.
the body is the body of jesus and blood is jesus blood... ! :))
Because they believe that the resurrection of Jesus is a literal account of events following his crucifixion.Because they believe that the resurrection of Jesus is a literal account of events following his crucifixion.Because they believe that the resurrection of Jesus is a literal account of events following his crucifixion.Because they believe that the resurrection of Jesus is a literal account of events following his crucifixion.
You receive the body and blood of Jesus Christ. As Catholics we believe that there is the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist, that it is his body, blood, soul, and divinity.
No they don't believe in Jesus. They believe more in science, in astrology.
