"The Devil" is an imaginary, supernatural being- a religious construction originally based on a fallen angel. An atheist does not believe in supernatural gods or other beings.
It would be highly unusual to find someone who calls him/herself a true atheist, but also believes that "the Devil" exists.
A fact of the matter is atheists don't believe in the devil, for the very reason you just stated. If they do, they are not an atheist, regardless of what they say.
You are still an atheist since you do not believe in a god or gods. Belief in a life after death doesn't necessarily change this unless you think that some supernatural being is responsible for it. Most atheists believe that death is simply the end of life. There is nothing after death.
Sir Nicolas Winton is still alive and he is an atheist. He is secular and does not believe in any god.
I personally believe that it never existed but there have no findings of a body or anything so it may still exist.

To be an "atheist" literally means to be "without god(s)". As a practical matter the usage of the word today typically implies a rejection of any belief or set of beliefs for which there can be no empirical evidence, or at least may not be conceived as a non-falsifiable hypothesis. On this interpretation, an atheist would not believe in supernatural phenomena, as there is no empirical evidence for such things. By definition an atheists would not believe in the supernatural as the word itself defines an event occurring outside of nature. The premise of atheism is a scientific and rational viewpoint which requires empirical data before forming opinions.
Lady Gaga grew up in a roman catholic family as a child. I do not believe she is atheist, or practices satanism because she writes her songs about religion. She has not said anything about changing religions, so i believe she is still a roman catholic.
In medieval times, the Church demanded absolute obedience and belief in its teachings. Not believing in the devil would almost have been akin to not believing in God, and would not have been tolerated. However, the common people alleviated their fear of the devil by making him a figure of fun.The devil is a remnant of a superstitious past and does not really even exist. Thus, today it is quite common for people not to believe in the devil, even if they still hold religious beliefs.
A person with no religious belief is commonly referred to as an atheist or agnostic, depending on their stance. Atheists do not believe in the existence of deities, while agnostics hold that knowledge about the existence of deities is unknown or unknowable.
The devil's workings has not changed. He still works through lies, murder, greed, prejudices, oppression, suicide, violence, counterfeiting good, perversions, deception, stealing, etc. and the methods go on and on.
A person who believes there is no God is an Atheist, BUT one can still believe in evolution and believe in God. One way of believing both of these is that God still chose when and how each species would evolve and that before Adam and Eve evolved that He gave them a soul.
