You can go to a store like wal mart and get it in a tin with shooting star dragon on it. If you do, you will get a stardust overdrive booster pack, a duelist revalution booster pack, two the shine darkness booster packs, and an abssalute pwerforce booster pack. You will get shooting star dragon, stardust dragon, elemental hero ocean, gandora the dragon of destruction, and dreadscythe harvester. It's worth the price !
you have to buy the shooting star dragon tin which is about $20. you could also buy it from a yugioh card store. that is where i bought mine, they sell individual cards, but it still cost me 10 bucks.

Nope.
you would have to download a hack from the internet
you mean yusei he had formula synchron and stardust dragon onthe field and he rev it up
In the English Dub: "Let the spirit of all duel monsters now spread its wings and soar to new heights, where it can be transformed by the winds of destiny, where it can become all powerful! Go, Accel Synchro! Appear, Shooting Star Dragon!" In the Japanese Anime (translated): "Gathering crystal dreams will open the door to a new evolution! Become the path its light shines upon! Accel Synchro! Be born, Shooting Star Dragon!"
No, Shooting Star Dragon requires Stardust Dragon and a Tuner Synchro, ie a Synchro Monster who is also a Tuner, like Formula Synchron. Nitro Synchron is a regular Effect Tuner Monster, not a Synchro Tuner Monster, so is an invalid Tuner for Shooting Star Dragon. About the only way around it is to have something like Armory Arm and Lightwave Tuning to turn itself into a Tuner, and then a name-changing monster gain the name of Stardust Dragon, but either way it must have a Stardust Dragon and a Tuner Synchro with a combined level total of 10.
I'm assuming this is a TV show question. And the answer is Yes.
The stronger card is based on your choice:If you want a card with power, go with Red Nova Dragon. If you want a card that protect your entire field and can attack multiple times, go with Shooting Star Dragon.Warning: When you activate Shooting Star Dragon's effect of multiple attacks and did not get any Tuners, the maximum attacks for this card would be 0 meaning it can't attack for that turn.
The Shooting Star was created in 1942.
