There is absolutely no way to do it. But here is a "possibility".
Go to Start Menu
Type in "run"
Click on the "run" program
type in "services.msc"
find "Windows Live Family Safety"
right click and click "properties"
from there you can change the start up methode (delay start up) or just simply change the account the program applies to.

if u have win 7 u can look on toolbar and click the little arrow on the right. there will be windows live family safety there. right click and exit, then type in the search bar uninstall, and u will see uninstall a program. click on that and select windows live essentials and it should uninstall
