It can't be found in red/blue/yellow. In gold/silver/crystal, it can be found on routes 7 and 16 at night. In Ruby/Sapphire/emerald you must trade from FireRed and Colosseum. In FireRed it's in the lost cave. In LeafGreen you must trade from FireRed and Colosseum. In Colosseum, you must snag it from Cipher Peon Lare in Cipher Lab. And in XD, must trade from FireRed and Colosseum. In Diamond, it is found in Eterna Forest, and the lost tower at night. In Pearl you have to transfer it from GBA game or trade it from Diamond. And it looks like for Platinum, you will need to trade from Diamond and Pearl.
