Click Start, Click Control Panel, and then click System and Security. Select Windows Update, then press Installed Updates. Look for Internet Explorer 9 and then press remove update.

To do this you need to go to Internet Explorer Settings.

In the Programs & Advanced tabbed section Reset the web settings.

Do Restore Defaults and your IE will be repaired accordingly.
