Kirstie from DISH Network here & I would be more then happy to help you with your question. Are you referring to simply needing a new remote because your old one is not functioning very well, or do you mean us possibly sending you a whole new, different version of the remote control? It is definitely possible to send a new remote if your old remote has stopped working, & it could also be a possibility to upgrade your remote it would just depend on what type of receiver you currently have. Once I am aware of the type of receiver you have, I can check & see if there is another remote that is compatible with the receiver model.

What receiver do you have? Is it TV 1 or TV 2 that's not working when the lights are off? Have you tried to readdress the remote to your receiver? Normally when the remote stops working, you are getting interference for the IR signal for TV 1 or UHF signal for TV 2. Do you have new batteries in the remote? Please let me know so I can further assist you. Thanks.
