Changing sold items is one of the basic functions, first you open object editor, then you find whatever unit you want to change (such as the Goblin merchant), then you find the value that you want to change change, what you look for is found in the tech tree as "items sold" then you change the value to whatever you want. Tech tree is found almost at the bottom of all values, right above the names.

Gadgetzan is a Goblin capital city in Tanaris, and one of the main trading hubs for the Steamwheedle Cartel. It features the height of Goblin engineering and alchemy, and in its daily existence is only challenged by marauding bandits from the desert, the Wastewanders.
