You can use a baby bottle brush with a tbsp of bleach and 2 cups water to disinfect or if its too small of a hole to fit the brush in, you can always shake the bleach water in the bottle (with lid secure of course) until the mold is gone.
Clean out the bottle thoroughly, or buy a new one. It could harm the hamster, but that is just a possibility. The best method is to just buy a new bottle.

Vinegar and hot water, will clean some molds, but for advancd mold removal, you will need an expert, or, if you want to do it yourself, there is a mold recipe that can be mixed for killing the advanced mold. Mold can be a health issue if you do not know how to take care of it
If the mold inside a water jug is old or dried on, fill the jug with hot, sudsy water and let it stand for 20-minutes. Pour in 1/3 cup dry, uncooked rice and 1/3 cup baking soda. With the lid tightly closed, shake the bottle several time. The rice will loosen the mold and the baking soda will remove odors. Carefully open the lid, and pour the contents down the drain. Fill the jug half-full of hot water, a drop of dish soap, and shake well. Pour contents out and rinse thoroughly. Allow to air-dry upside down.

Bit of spit and a rub
Toxic black mold can occur anywhere there is sitting water. If you have a flood and do not clean it up properly, you can get toxic black mold.
Try using a cleanser with bleach in it. Or make your own. Use a water/bleach solution (3/4 cup to 1 gallon of water) in a spray bottle. You can dilute/strenthen the solution if needed. Hope this helps.
