The only thing you can do is drink plenty of fluids, eat healthy, and work out a lot. THC will remain in your fat cells for so long depending on your metabolism, body fat, how much and how often you smoke. But that will only eliminate it in your urine... so the best thing dude, don't smoke pot. I've been there and its a dark road to go down. seems harmless and fun but dang gets you into some crap. not worth it dude.
