You can highlight to text (drag the cursor over it) and then right-click and click 'copy', and then right click again where you want to paste it and click 'paste.' An alternative option is highlighting the text and then hold down the buttons Ctrl and C and then find where you want to paste your work and hold down Ctrl and V.
