You can download the iso and burn it into a disk
A local disk is any hard drive or disk partition on the computer in question. So in order to "create" one, you need to either add a new hard drive, or partition the existing one.

A Disk Boot Fail means that the disk you normally start your computer from is not working. The computer can be started from the System Disk but that system disk will wear out so you will have no boot disk and no way of repairing the boot disk. Time to look for a new boot disk or better a brand new computer
just link the data line of the new computer

Caution: this will remove all files from your hard disk. All programs and personal files will be lost. You need a windows start up disk (floppy disk) with the "fdisk" and "format" commands. Start the computer with the startup disk in. You'll get a promt, start the computer without CD-ROM support (don't install windows yet). From A:\ , run fdisk. Delete all the partitions, or if you know if a certain partition is uninfected, leve that one. After deleting the partitions, create a new partition (option 1). When the partition is done, reboot with the disk still in the floppy drive. Startup the way you did before. This time type "format c:" then "y". When the format is done (you might want to go to lunch if the hard drive is big), reboot your computer. If you have a bootable CD (WinXP, Win98 SE, or the restore disk from where you bought the computer), remove the floppy disk and put in the CD. If not, reboot with the CD and floppy disks in. Choose "start computer with cdrom support", type your CD drive letter (i.e. D:\), then type the installer (either "install" or "setup", use "dir" to find the .exe installer on your CD). You'll be installing windows... just keep answering the questions. After windows installs, you'll need to reload all your software, assuming you have the cds. I wouldn't back up your personal files as they may be infected.
WB Games created the new reboot of Mortal Kombat, not God of War. God of War was published by Sony Computer Entertainment America and Insomniac Studios.
It just means that there is not enough capacity on the concerned disk. If this message is shown, you can copy no more files to the disk. In this case, you need to remove unwanted files and programs or move them to another disk or media. This way, you can create space for new files and programs.
If your CPU is fried then you need to get a new CPU to turn your computer back on.
You need to mount the image to play. Use a program like Daemon Tools. It's free I think. Daomon Tools will create a drive on your computer and trick your computer into thinking that it's a disk drive like your dvd-rom. Next, mount the game you downloaded onto that new drive. Start your game normally and your computer will automatically think that you have the game disk in that drive.
If you know the old password then you can go to Accounts in the System Preferences and change it there. If you can't remember it then if your computer came "Brand New" with a disk then yes you need the disk to boot to to change the password. If it came without a disk and you have to boot to the reinstallation/ Utility/restore partition (sorry, can't remember the right name) then you just reboot into that partition and do the same thing.
