you can decrease it by foaming the PVC resin by adding a foaming agent, the foaming agent is usually in the form of powder where the smaller the grain size the smoother surface you get with smaller bubbles, for a free foaming process you add the foaming agent with the required quantity for the required density (usually the manufacturer specifies it in tables) for example if you need PVC with density of 0.6 g/cm3 add 1.5 % foaming agent (not real values), then you add a catalyst to ensure the homogeneity of the process and all of these compounds together are mixed in hot dry air flow and... I hope this helps u
To decrease the density of a PVC compound, you can add fillers or extenders such as calcium carbonate or clay. These materials will help to displace some of the PVC resin, reducing the overall density of the compound. Additionally, you can also reduce the amount of PVC resin in the formulation and replace it with lower density materials to achieve the desired density.

Density 1.38 g/cm3
Density 1.38 g/cm3
Density 1.38 g/cm3
The density of PVC is 1390kg/m3
It depends on the density of the PVC, which varies.
How can we measure the density of pvc compound if the thickness is 35 microns and the caoting with with 133 gsm?
NO - pvc is Polyvinyl chloride, not hgih-density polyethylene
The density of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) typically ranges from 1.3 to 1.45 grams per cubic centimeter.
1.40 g/cm³
1.43 gms/cc
