You don't disable clicks with CSS. That takes a more active language like JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, PHP, etc.. You can hide any text/image link those with one of these CSS properties:
visibility: hidden;
display: none;
press your ebrake one or two clicks and leave it on
Turn the car off. push on the parking brake 1 or 2 clicks turn car on. the lights will not come on
