for level 70s some of the raids that you can do is karazan which is located in deadwind pass (the zone right of duskwood its all the way at the bottem of the map you need a person with the masters key to get in).

Serpentshrine cavern is located in zangermarsh in Outland under the big lake with the pipes that you can swim down.

Black Temple (the one with illidan) located on the far side of shadowmoon valley.

Zul'Aman located in the ghostlands (close to where the Blood Elves start) and Sunwell that's at the Isle of Quel'Danas.

That depends on the kind of raid you wish to enter. The old-world raids like Molten Core, Blackwing Lair and AQ20/AQ40 require you to be level 60. Raids in Outland such as Serpentshrine Cavern, Sunwell Plateau and Gruul's Lair require level 70.

All Northrend raids, such as Naxxramas, Ulduar and Icecrown Citadel require level 80.

To form a raid, get a group by inviting the number of people needed for the raid. Once you have at least one other person with you, right click your portrait and select the option "convert to raid", then choose the raid difficulty you want if it's available to that raid. Once you fill all of the roles needed you can start raiding.

Level 80. Anything lower than that and you're pretty-much useless.

Just stick to 5 mans until you hit 80 and have decent gear.
