The Moshi Monsters Daily Challenge resets at the same time every 24 hours.
Depending on the Time Zone you are located in, it is possible to play the Daily Challenge twice in the same day, but not twice in the same 24 hour time period.
For example, you could play the Daily Challenge on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. and then the game resets in your time zone on at 5:00 p.m., you could then play the game again at 6:00 p.m., but then you would not be able to play the game again until 5:01 p.m. on Thursday.
