There are several ways...
1. Buy one with real money. All info for that on your pass page, under Account.
2. Buy one from another player.
3. Sell a horse for a pass (must have access to Direct Sales, or you can sell one in the Auction for passes if you have a Pegasus Account)
4. Send a horse to heaven that is over the age of 30.
5. Starting on your 50th day, you can buy a pass with your reserve once every thirty days.
You used to get a pass for every 5 karma earned, but then the new system took effect and well... Now you don't.
