1. Rate someone's medoll
2. Rate a scenery
3. Rate an Album
4. Vote a design (Vote StarDesign)
5. Vote an outfit (Catwalk - Magazine)
You get 1 stardollar added to your account and the rest you have to spend or they'll dissappear. :D

Is stardoll superstar membership worth it?
A while ago, when nearly every feature and widget was superstar, yes. Nowadays though, not so much. Staff received to many complaints about everything being superstar so they took most of the superstar-only code of stuff. It's only worth it if you're short of stardollars or want extra suite rooms.
