That would depend on how it was lost in the first place. Truthfully, regaining lost trust is unlikely in most situations, at least to the level at which it previously existed. This is a common aspect of human nature, consider the adage: One burned, twice shy. Your best hope is to not try, rather not to try falsely. Just be you and behave in a respectful, and honorable way. It may happen, but do not become discouraged if it takes a very long time, or not to the desired level.

It's your fault. You should have been honest all your life so they would trust you. And responsibility. There is a way to earn it back, but that depends on what your parents are like. Beg, swear, and promise, that is all I can tell you.

you can't really get their trust back really quick but you could try making them their favorite breakfast to get them in a good mood then ask them what you want.

Unfortunately, it's true, you can't do it quickly. But you can do it. Trust is earned and you must take the time and show that you are trustworthy every chance you get. Don't forget, if you can't do it now, it will be much harder to do when you are older when you will need more than just your parents' trust.
