What a great question! I don't think that there is any one way you can do this, because each person has their own testimony, and God works in each of our lives differently. You have your testimony and you know what God did in your life and how He changed it. You simply need to be open and honest and let others know what He has done.
It says in the Word that you will know Christians by their fruit: love, joy, peace, faithfulness, etc. For starters, you can let others know how God has taken away the bad stuff from your life and replaced it with the fruit of the Spirit.
