It can happen but,its very unlikely to happen. == == Obviously by taking care of our body. Eat nutritious food, not with so much meat and more on vegetables. Not with so much carbo but a balance or proper distribution of food to our body. Avoiding to make our self stress. Treating our body with massages and any kind of spa treatment. This is one of the best way to relax our body and will keep us young.
