How can you file a complaint against Lowe's online?

Go to Lowe's website. At the very bottom of the page, click the link called "Contact Us" under the "Customer Care" section. Read through this page. Find the section that best suits your complaint (i.e. Online experience, store experience, product, or service.) and click the appropriate link. Depending on the link you click, you will be given a phone number you can call and/or a comments section that will send an email to the appropriate department.

I was at the Lowes store in Troy OH on 04/04/2020 to exchange something for my husband I got a cart outside because the item was heavy thinking I could clean the cart & my hands in the store. When I got in the store there were none I ask a young boy where they were he said our carts are clean. I said I got this one outside he can't help you. I went to service desk. I wiped the cart & my hands with the soap I had I told the girl when she ask me if she could help me I was up set why she said I told about bringing the cart inside & no wipes she said we don't put them out people steal them. I said you mean wipes mean more then peoples lives. Di you see someone put them in a bag or their purse. I can.t believe a big store like this thinks more about wipes then peoples lives. People spend a lot of money in here the place was packed! The girl said oh well it not my problem!
