If you have gotten to Enterna City, go into the house next to the poke center. The old man will give you an explorer kit. Use it to go underground, and when you dig (if your lucky) you might see a brown fossil. Take it to the museum in Oreburgh, and the guy at the counter will take the fossil; come back in a few, and he will give you the pokemon revived from the fossil. (Sheildon, Kabuto, Cranidos, Omynite.)
