You have these options:

* The easiest one is to buy an electronic detector. They are not very precise but they tell you enough about the presence of Radon to know if you have a problem or not. They cost around 100 dollars. * Second option is to get a test kit, expose it to the conditions in your home and then send it to a lab. They will tell you back what they found.
