Snitching 101:

Take a long hard look at the high profile drug dealers in the city that have been arrested, or suspected to have been arrested and they have only served a minimal amount of jail time or no jail time at all, without having a REASONABLE legal explanation. Don't jump to conclusions that all suspected drug dealers that have been busted are snitches, because law enforcement often make mistakes, falsify evidence, or make an arrest before substantial evidence has been established, and any competent lawyer will expose those technicalities. However, majority of the time the answer is obvious. If it doesn't seem right, and it can't be reasonably explained (with proof to back it up), then it probably is what it appears to be.
