If you are signed in, you can click on "Question history" (available under "Question tools" in the blue toolbar on the left) to view all the contributions to a specific question.
Another way of tracking some basic info:
Underneath every answer box you will see "First answer by [username]. Last edit by [username]."

To find an article that was posted on the Yahoo site yesterday, you need to access the site and look at the date.
The GSN Bingo Blitz numbers are posted on Facebook and Twitter, but they are probably posted there after they are posted on their official website.

Often you can find them on their Bio/Profile page.

You can often find jobs like this posted at sites like craigslist.com or in local newspaper classified ads.
If you realize that the answer you posted is wrong, then go back and correct it. If you've posted an answer that you think is right but is actually wrong, then you will find your answer will have been blanked by another contributor and/or the correct answer put in its place.
